Beautiful and particular vintage Italian coffee maker “Nova Espress Export” produced between the 50s and 60s by IRMEL, a company founded in 1945 in Crusinallo. The designers (and founders) are Giovanni and Guido Dellavedova. The peculiarity of this pure aluminum and bakelite coffee maker is that of preparing and serving coffee directly into 4 cups at the same time. The coffee maker is in excellent general condition, with only a few slight signs of wear due to time and use. Extraordinary vintage object, particularly suitable for collectors or for those who want to bring a wonderful Italian design object to the kitchen and to the table. Vintage Italian mocha coffee maker Irmel Maggiolina 2 cups 90s
Rare vintage Italian coffee maker from the 1990s, “Maggiolina” model produced by Irmel in Omegna. The coffee maker was presented at the International show of the Milan House (Macef), in 1989, the “Maggiolina” was an immediate success: such colorful and “funny” machines had never been seen before. The exhibition stand full of lacquered or anodized machines left many in awe. Production continued until 2000, counting among its customers the best Italian and foreign distribution chains, as well as the promotional market. A figure for everyone in the “golden years” the Croff store in Corso Buenos Aires (Milan) alone had a sales rate of 500 pieces a week for coffee makers only. Then the downward price war with foreign producers, especially China, forced the glorious Irmel to a slow decline…. The coffee maker has the coffee pouring directly onto the cups, 2 cup capacity, made entirely of red glossy painted aluminum.
