My mother bought this to use but it was too complicated to figure out so its been at her house for a few years unused-when she asked me to sell it I had to use it a few times to check it was working and found it in 100% perfect working order. I opened it to check contents and they are as pictured all present and in excellent condition. The box itself has a fair bit of wear from storage and the pictures should illustrate that. Anti-drip feature stops dispensing immediately for an accurate measure of espresso; the reservoir is located in the back of the machine, so all you need to do is pull it straight up to remove it.
